Financial Sector was thrown open in early 2001 by Govt for private players and International Financial conglomerates who partnered with Indian companies to change the landscape of Financial Sector in India. What started from Allianz Bajaj in 2003 as a simple job & entry to Financial Sector, soon became a passion to achieve more and more with a clear Focus of bringing Financial Literacy to the masses.
Through his dedication, preserverance and unwavering committment to Investors & organization's he worked, Kamal K Sharma achieved great heights by setting high standards of performance as a Frontline Manager as well as a Team Leader at various roles handling challenging responsibilities & managing bigger teams of Branch Managers/ Area Managers across Northern states.
His Disciplined approach, analytical skills and passion for developing people have set a benchmark of Integrity and performance, Inspiring many within and outside the organization's.
